Johan has over 20 years in the Building Material Supply and Furniture sector.

Johan joined Gaggero Cemats as a Sales Assistant in July 1999 and was promoted to Sales Supervisor in 2008. In 2013 Johan was appointed Commercial Manager and as Sales Manager in 2017. In August 2022, Johan was appointed as General Manager of Gaggero Cemats. Johan has been instrumental in the development of Gaggero Cemats from a traditional builders merchants to its current dynamic business as a furniture and bed retailer.

In 2014, Johan was awarded a Masters in Enterprise Management from the University of Durham and became a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute in Month Year. In May 2022 Johan participated in the Institute of Leadership and Management Accredited Emerging Leaders Course.
