HR & Administration Manager

Kathleen joined the Company in January 2019 as Human Resources and Administration Manager with over 10 years’ experience in the Employment Industry.

Before joining the Saccone & Speed Group, she started her career with the Royal Gibraltar Police in January 2003 as a Police Constable and then went into Company Management in April 2005.

In September 2008, Kathleen worked within recruitment as Head of Commercial and in August 2011, set up and run her own Recruitment and Human Resources Company where she provided consultancy services in employment matters to HM Government of Gibraltar Ministry of Employment which covered the management and administration of over 200 employees.

Kathleen sits with the Group Executive Board since 2021.

In 2022 Kathleen passed the Institute of Leadership and Management Accredited Emerging Leaders Course.
