Associate Director - Sales

Alfred worked for the Ministry Of Defence from 1986 to1990.

He joined the Group in April 1990 in the capacity of Sales Clerk, shortly afterwards in 1991 he was promoted to Sales Office Coordinator.

In 1992 Alfred was tasked with the development of the newly acquired frozen division of the Abrines food business in the capacity of Sales Representative. Alfred was promoted to the role of Assistant Sales Manager in 2001 and subsequently to Sales Manager in 2005 undertaking responsibilities for all Sales matters including tobacco and maintenance of the extensive Tied Estate and also dealing with related property matters.

Alfred was then promoted to Senior Sales Manager in 2008 and Head of Sales in 2009. In September 2016, Alfred was appointed Associate Director and has sat on the Group Executive Board since then.

Alfred has also played a prominent role as an Ambassador of the Groups support to local charities and social events over the years.

During his time in the Group he has also attended industry related courses, attaining accreditation in Level 2 Customer Service (2001), Wine and Spirits Education Trust Level 2 (2004), Power of Words Leadership Masterclass (2005) and Health & Safety at Work (2009).
